Room Near SU long term stay

We are seeking a roommate to join us in a cozy house with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows. Current occupants include a male amazon worker and grad student.

The room comes with a door lock, wifi, and space heater. Utilities, internet, and coin laundry are included.

The location is ideal, situated near Syracuse University, Westcott St, the hospitals, the highway, and Thornden Park.

Tenants will have access to a shared large living room, front and back porch, and front and back yard. The home is artificial fragrance-free.
