"The location was perfect, lots of shopping and dining right nearby. The initial communication could have been far better. I didn't have the code I needed to open the lockbox, but when i called someone helped me right away. The apartment was also hard for us to find, I would have appreciated more detailed instructions, like a photo of the entrace to the building."

Miramar Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"A lovely hotel from a bygone era. Staff friendly and hotel beautiful. But no coffee machine or kettles in room. Dinner was at 2 set times. Seemed quite old fashioned, which may be part of its charm. May need to update practices to compete with relevant competition."
