About this property

Newly renovated, close to the beach, sunny, south-facing balcony, WLAN

  • You enter the 30 square meter 1 room apartment via a hallway with a cloakroom. From the hallway you get into the bathroom and into the living, sleeping and dining room with adjoining fitted kitchen. The apartment can be used with 3 people. A double bed and a sofa bed are available.
    Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with a view of the dunes and a large south-west balcony.
    The kitchen is practically furnished with a ceramic hob, mini-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various pots and pans, small baking dish and dishes. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
    After a change of ownership, the apartment was renovated to a high standard in 2017 - former property no. 2063513 at Fewo-Direkt. Please read the reviews.
    There are currently numerous active construction sites on the island, including in the surrounding area.
