「We had a group of 15 celebrating our friend’s 60th birthday. Our group travels together at least twice a year and the Perch has been the BEST place we have ever stayed!!! It’s not only beautiful but clean and very well stocked. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「This house has something for everyone. A big kitchen, a comfortable living room, bedrooms on 3 floors, giving privacy and options in sleeping arrangements. The dock is large, shaded, and has electricity.」

「We had a group stay here with family from Kentucky, Oklahoma, and Florida all able to come together in one house comfortably thanks to this home. Everyone had a great time at the lake house. We played cards, swam, kayaked, and paddle boarded. We made meals together in the well-equipped kitchen... We made great memories at the house. Thank you so much! 」

「The house was clean. Quiet. I appreciate the coffee provided and the travel bath supplies, as I forgot to pack for an overnight. Check in was seamless. We had zero issues at all. I would stay here again in a second. I truly loved how clean it was. 」

「A slice of heaven on the lake. Our family was in the area for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to spend the time with family and friends and relax out on the lake. Lots off activities to do at the house, from corn hole, to the arcade system for the kids, to the outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The owner was very responsive with communication and worked with us during check-in. Would book again in the future. 」

「Great property, the neighbor was extremely helpful and friendly. It was tight getting our 24 ft pontoon boat and long wheel based truck turned around here, but it worked. We will launch the boat first next time! The property was so nice that we didn't want to leave. We would go back every weekend if we could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 」

「We stayed during the week with extended family and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The property was accommodating for my father who is in a wheelchair and the marina was less than a mile away where you can rent a boat. The boys really enjoyed the 2nd living room downstairs which they used as a gaming room and everyone loved jumping off the second deck into the lake.」
