Check in was fine. The hotel had no water so we couldn’t shower / wash / brush teeth . I couldn’t remove my make up so had to go straight home next day instead of having a day in Liverpool

Good hotel, staff excellent esp bar staff. Just strange that 2 rooms booked together were on 9th & 11th floors.

Absolutely amazing hotel, such a relaxing stay. The staff were second to none and the room was very comfortable slept like a baby.
