This well-presented 3 bedroom apartment is situated in a terrific location for those looking for an upper North Shore base. With an open plan living room, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 3 well appointed bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a grassy courtyard/garden with an undercover balcony, it offers comfort, style and convenience. It sits between the leafy villages of Wahroonga and Turramurra, both delivering charm and family-friendly amenities.
The Space:
Located in a modern building in one of Sydney’s premier suburbs, this apartment offers a sophisticated suburban haven. With an appealing palette and tastefully furnished, it delivers on both comfort and style.
The open plan living area looks out to the garden through full-width sliding doors. Sit outside on the undercover seating and enjoy the relaxing garden setting. The lounge offers a large leather lounge, additional single seat fabric chair, smart TV and a dining suite for 6. The kitchen is sleek and fully-equipped, fitted with splashbacks, miele appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The bedrooms are all well appointed, 2 with comfortable King size beds and 1 with a Queen size bed. All feature BIRs and the main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity plus sliding doors to the balcony, overlooking the garden. The family bathroom sits in between the other 2 bedrooms and offers a shower, separate bathtub, toilet and dual sink vanity.
There is also a washing machine and dryer, and with 2 car spaces, this property ticks all the boxes.

- It is garden apartment so be aware that leaving patio doors open there may be insects that come in
- There aren't any stairs to enter the apartment from the car park, a lift will take you up, however from street level you will have 5-10 steps to use to get to the apartment (2 different entrances)

The apartment building sits on the corner of Heydon Avenue, an easy level walk from Warrawee train station. It’s only a 15 minute walk to Wahroonga Village and 12 minutes to Turramurra. Enjoy a wine at Kiplings Garage, choose between Thai, Chinese, Indian, Spanish or other International cuisines or grab a takeaway and relax back at the apartment.
