    What We Love

Sitting on the upper level of a boutique building on Bent Street, this three-bedroom apartment has been finished to a modern, contemporary standard. The interiors are comprised of thoughtfully selected materials throughout: herringbone timber flooring, cove lighting set into sculptural ceiling recesses, and a palette of warm stone, brushed timber, and bouclé.

The open-plan living and dining is flooded by natural light through the floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens fully to the covered balcony with alfresco dining, capturing sweeping views across Neutral Bay to the Sydney CBD skyline and Harbour Bridge. The lounging area is centred around a marble-framed linear gas fireplace, complemented by a wall-mounted television. Curved upholstered pieces soften the interior, creating balance against the richness of the marble and timber palette.

The kitchen is one of the apartment's strongest features. Dark-veined marble lines the benchtops, splashback, and curved island, which seats two at a pair of timber and bouclé bar stools. Timber cabinetry runs floor to ceiling on two sides, with under-cabinet lighting and a Vintec wine fridge built into the appliance tower. Ring pendant lighting adds a refined architectural feature to the living space. The laundry is seamlessly integrated into the hallway, maintaining the clean and uncluttered space.

The master bedroom is a considered retreat. A ceiling-mounted television sits above the king bed, and the open ensuite is separated from the sleeping zone by a curved glass partition, creating a hotel-style suite feel. The ensuite itself features dark marble tiling, a corner freestanding bath, a vessel basin on a timber and marble vanity with backlit mirror, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are both queens, designed with the same premium finishings. A second bathroom serves bedrooms two and three, fitted with a deep soaking tub, double vessel basins on a floating marble vanity, a glass-enclosed rainfall shower, and full marble wall tiling.

Building amenities include car-lift parking, Cctv, and swipe card access throughout. This is complemented by full access to the building’s wellness suite, complete with a shared spa, infrared sauna and ice bath

Positioned on the lower north shore, Neutral Bay is one of Sydney's most sought-after harbour-side addresses. The suburb combines quiet, tree-lined streets with easy access to the CBD, just minutes by ferry or a short drive across the bridge. Local cafes, restaurants and boutique shops line Military Road, while foreshore reserves and walking paths offer a quiet neighbourhood atmosphere. A rare setting that offers proximity to the city while maintaining a sense of privacy and seclusion.

    The Neighbourhood
    - Neutral Bay Living Neutral Bay sits on Sydney's Lower North Shore, roughly five kilometres from the CBD, with a sense of permanence and neighbourhood ease that is rare at that distance from the city. Tree-lined streets, heritage architecture and a community that has quietly attracted artists, professionals and families for over a century give the area its particular character. From this address, the Sydney Harbour Bridge and city skyline are visible on a clear evening from the terrace.
    - Cafes & Dining: Military Road punches above its weight as a dining destination. For coffee and provisions, the surrounding backstreets are dotted with neighbourhood cafes and small grocers that make the morning routine feel less like an errand and more like a ritual. Against The Grain is a local favourite for coffee and brunch, while The Oaks offers modern Australian in a garden setting well suited to a long lunch. Jugemu & Shimbashi brings teppanyaki and handmade soba to a quietly elegant room a short stroll from the front door, while Chat Thai has been a North Shore institution for decades, drawing locals back time and again for its authentic heat and generous portions.
    - Beach & Wellness: The Cremorne Point Walk begins just minutes from the front door, a 3km foreshore circuit that reveals sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, the Bridge and the city skyline, passing the historic Robertsons Point Lighthouse and the MacCallum ocean pool, one of Sydney's finest harbour swimming spots. For those drawn to the water, Balmoral Beach in Mosman is a short drive and offers one of the calmest, most sheltered swimming beaches on the harbour, with good coffee and a gentle stretch of lawn above the sand.
    - Day Trips: The F5 ferry from Hayes Street Wharf delivers guests to Circular Quay in around ten minutes, making the Opera House, the Royal Botanic Garden and the CBD waterfront an easy and scenic morning excursion. Manly Beach is accessible via a connecting ferry, one of the great harbour crossings in the world, and offers surf, coastal walks along the Manly to Spit Bridge trail, and an excellent cafe scene on the other side. For something closer, the path from Taronga Zoo to Balmoral Beach through Sydney Harbour National Park is one of the city's most celebrated coastal walks, passing through pockets of bushland, isolated beaches and historic harbour forts along the way.

    Getting Around
    - Public Transport: Frequent bus services along Military Road connect directly to the Sydney CBD, with the B1 B-Line running express to Wynyard. The F5 Neutral Bay ferry from Hayes Street Wharf reaches Circular Quay in around ten minutes. The Victoria Cross Metro Station provides access to the broader Sydney Metro network.
    - Rideshare: Uber and other rideshare services operate throughout Neutral Bay at any hour, making late returns and early departures straightforward.
    - Car Share (GoGet): GoGet has dedicated vehicles in Neutral Bay, bookable by the hour or day via the app, with fuel, insurance and maintenance all included, a convenient option for day trips or anything that calls for wheels without the commitment of bringing a car.
