5泊滞在。買い物、食事、交通に便利な場所探しでは完璧に近いですが、着いていきなり、リフトがトラブル続きで皆さんが乗降移動に時間かかりました。なぜか部屋が車椅子の方専用仕上げのドアやバスルームになり、広いですがシャワーでバスルーム全体の床が水浸し、いちいちボタンで室内のドアも開けないといけなく大変不快だったので部屋を移動しました。電気系統がトラブルだったみたいで、最初の真夜中にアラームがなりロビーに降りて大丈夫とわかって戻ってみても数回まだアラーム、、なんとか3日目にはリフトも直ってましたが、、トラブルに対してのアポロジーな皆無でした。スタッフ、サービス一人一人は気持ち良い対応だったので、不満はそこで中和します。プールがあるから人気かもしれませんが、リニューアルしなければ私はリピしません。

Great location

Great location! Very central and convenient. Room was nice with a view on Sydney Tower. The only thing I didn't like was the shower: no detachable showerhead and the water got out of the shower even with the shower door closed. The drain was across the bathroom under the sink, so the whole bathroom floor got wet.

もう使いません。・チェックアウトの日なのに早朝にハウスキーピングが部屋に来て、勝手にルームキーを使ってドアを開けてきました。なぜチェックアウトまで待てないのでしょうか。女性1人の滞在で、急に見知らぬ男性が部屋に入ってくるのは怖すぎます。・部屋内に用意されていた「mini bar」に一切手をつけていないのに、料金を請求され勝手にカードから支払われました。チェックアウト時利用していないと伝えたのに。・mini barの請求について問い合わせる際、指定された通り電話したが、対応してもらえませんでした。問い合わせの電話に対して、ホテルのプロモーションの音声を流した後切るって何？と不信感がつのりました。・結局メールで問い合わせたところ、mini barについては返金されるようでした。しかし、「普段はこんなことないんだけど(要約)」と言い訳がましい文章付きでした。・ちなみにですが、メールでは性別を間違えられており、「Mr.～」から始まっていました。何から何まで杜撰。 5つ星ホテルということで楽しみにしていただけに、非常に残念。私はもう二度と使わないし、これから使う人は気をつけてほしいです。

清掃スタッフによって掃除の質に差があった。バスローブに知らない人間のキスマークがついていた。そのバスローブは外に出しておいたが、交換されずそのままハンガーにかけ直されていた。領収書が欲しい旨をフロントに伝え、後でメールで送ると言われたが、数日経った本日もまだ来ていない。メールの提案の時点でメールアドレスも知っているか確認したが、知っているとドメインを含めた返答があったので、なぜ送ってこないのか分からない。

　ひと言で言って、最高です。　チェックインからチェックアウトまで、最高の体験をさせていただきました。　日本国内でのホテルでよくある、待たさせる、ということが一切なくスムーズに利用することができ、非常に快適でした。　また、スタッフの方々のホスピタリティが高いことは勿論のこと、施設内の細部にまで気を配られてでデザインされておりました。　１番感じたのは、廊下です。　廊下の明るさ（暗さ）が絶妙でした。　これは、初めての体験であり私の語彙では表現しきれないため、ぜひご自分の目でご覧になっていただきたいと存じます。　シドニーに行くときは、また利用させてもらいたいです。

ロケーションがよい。空港からのアクセスも電車で1本、st James駅より出て数分で到着、わかりやすかった。部屋に電子レンジがあればよかったと思う。トイレはレバーで流すタイプのほうが個人的にいい。手をかざしてセンサーで流れるタイプだったが反応が悪いときがある。

工事中で朝結構早くから軽い振動が伝わってきた。予約時に工事について確認したときは17階なのでノイズが聞こえることはない、と説明を受けていただけに残念。宿泊したのはPremiumTwinの部屋で30ｍ2以上あり、広々としていて、ノイズ以外は快適に7日間過ごせました。バスルームが広いのはよいですね。スタッフはフレンドリーで、フォークやナイフだけを頼んでも快くルームサービスで届けてくれます。Westfieldや百貨店のすぐ隣なのでフードコートやコンビニには困ることなくすごーく便利。駅ちかでトラムやバス電車にアクセスでき、タクシーに乗ることもあまりなく用事を済ますことができました。ロビーやバーの改装がすんで同じ値段で泊まれたらまた利用したいです。

立地も良いし綺麗で凄く良かったです！ただ、朝６時のフライトで帰国だったので、前日に３時にタクシーを予約したい事を伝えると、ホテル前にタクシーいるから予約しなくても大丈夫と伝えられたにも関わらず、その時間にタクシーは一台も居ませんでした！結局ホテルの人に呼んでもらいましたが、来るまでに時間も掛かったので、確実じゃないなら事前に手配して欲しかったです。

有名観光地の１つQVBの近くにあり、空港からの電車駅からも近くアクセスの良い。ホテルは清潔でスタッフの応対もよかった。ただ3人での宿泊でしたが、スリッパ等々2つしかなかったものがあったのが残念。あと歯ブラシは頼まないとありません。

便利で快適なホテルでしたが、朝食は改善の余地あり

ホテルの立地場所が良く大変便利だったです。ホテルレセプションデスクの対応、１Fコンシェルジェの対応、ルームクリ０ニングの対応はとても良かったと思います。唯一朝食が不満でした。ビュッフェに並んでいる料理の質が良くなかった、野菜/果物が新鮮でなく、又テーブルやチェアが汚れていていました。この辺りは改善が必要と思います。上記朝食の問題が改善されていることを期待して次回又利用したいと思っています。

This property located right near tram stop QVB Queen victoria building - that is a huge shopping area. This tram goes to circular quay and down to darking harbour, paddys markets so central. Centrepoint/sydney tower 3 minutes walk away and hyde park 5 minutes walking, along with the mall on george 1 block away

This is a great hotel that is smack bang in the middle of the city. Pitt St Mall is only a 30 second walk (it’s around the corner). Room is very clean and a very good size (we got two queen beds). Room service was fast and house cleaning was excellent. I went for work related purposes and only stayed for 3 nights so I didn’t get to use the facilities. The only thing negative is breakfast room service. The only thing on the menu was a cold breakfast or a hot breakfast PLUS the cold breakfast. There was no option to order the hot breakfast alone.

Have stayed at Swissotels in the past, long time customer. Not too impressed. Struggled with some of their policies which seemed like nonsense to me. We had 4 in our room but they seemed to have problems getting supplies for 4 consistently. Sofa sleeper very uncomfortable. Great location in the CBD close to the tram line. Great food in the area.

Nice property with very poor service. Front desk seems clueless. Doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t deliver promised services as simple as a bucket of ice. Very frustrating. Shocking check in experience. Staff member was unhelpful, and couldn’t grasp that we had booked 3 different rooms. Not a great start. Other than that, hotel is fine.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung (Minibar, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Vergrößerungsspiegel, Badewanne und Dusche, reichlich Platz, gemütlicher Sessel). Perfekte Lage (gegenüber Sydney Tower, Foodhalls, Shoppingmalls Westfield, QVB, Taxis und Tram Bahn vor der Tür, Circular Quay, Oper, Harbour Bridge und Darling Harbour zu Fuß erreichbar). Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schöne Bar. Restaurant und Spa habe ich nicht genutzt.

The room was a bit old. The price was high for such a room. The matras was worn out. They should replace It. Not a Good night sleep on It. The bathroom had no handshower.

Great location. Small storage like entry, the reception is on level 8 accessible with clunky lifts. Mould in shower walls need serious cleaning.
