I have now stayed three times at this hotel. It is excellent value for money in a central part of Sydney. I will keep going back. But the unexpected $4.50 for a bottle of water on departure seems like a scam and should be discontinued. It left an unpleasant sensation after a very good stay of five days.

Small hotel in convenient location with satisfactory rooms at a reasonable price. Kitchenette is a plus. Neighbouring streets can be littered and the traffic noise can be intrusive. Overall a fairly good deal for Sydney.

Convenient location to lots of restaurants. Very spacious room & huge bathroom. Bed was quite hard, needs a pillow top to soften it. Very clean & tidy. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely and the food in the cafe for breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice. The only improvement I would suggest is having a ramp at the entrance for people who have trouble with stairs. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sydney.

Hi there, We stayed for Mardi Gra great location. Had a corner room on the 1st floor great view. Could not fault it. One thing I would recommend even though they had a kitchenette it was limited. I felt we needed plunger for Coffee, a toaster and a single stove top and pan to fry bacon or eggs. The reason is you had to eat out for all meals.The Reception staff were amazing very helpful and great advice.
