Keys can be collected from a nearby convenience store between 15:00 – 23:00. Check-in must be completed during this time. Please note that check-in after 23:00 is not possible as the convenience store will be closed.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. A thorough professional cleaning is conducted after each check-out to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.

★ NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ★
This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud activities. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.

★ NO SMOKING INDOORS ★
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If needed, please step outside and dispose of waste responsibly.

★ QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM ★
Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud noise during these hours.

★ LINEN POLICY ★
Linen and towels are provided based on the number of guests in your booking. Extra sets are available at $30 per set if requested at least 24 hours before check-in.
