- Please note that there is scaffolding on the main entrance side, which will remain until February 2026 and possibly beyond. Replacement window works will be undertaken until late October 2025 (not directly affecting the apartment). Potential roof works are scheduled from November 2025 through to February 2026, and possibly beyond, subject to weather and conditions.
