Guests have shared access to the bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and communal living room. All shared spaces are furnished and equipped for everyday living. The room has a lockable door for privacy.

We give guests their own space but are available via Airbnb messaging for any questions or assistance throughout your stay.

We’re so glad you’re here. To keep things comfortable for everyone, just a few simple guidelines:

No smoking inside, on balconies, or in common areas - it’s a $700 fine if we find signs of it.

Please lock up when you head out - we can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Keep noise down after 9 pm and skip the parties so everyone can rest easy.

We would like to kindly inform you that the house is shared with permanent residents.

You’re welcome to have up to 2 visitors between 8 am -9 pm - overnight or extra guests may incur charges.

Take care of the room and shared spaces as if they were your own.

Lost keys/swipe cards/remotes cost $200–$500 to replace.

We’ll need a quick photo ID check before or during your stay.
