Private Self Contain studio in the heart of St Marys

  • A private( not shared ) self contain and fully furnished private studio apartment in the heart of St Marys.
    We are in the centre to the Blue mountain and Sydney city, easy 3 minutes drive access to the M4, 20-25 mins drive to the blue mountain, 5-8 mins drive to Nepean hospital and 10 mins drive to Penrith westfield.
    Walk to Aldi store and Woolworths at St Marys shopping centre, 2 mins drive access to the Great western highway and 2 mins walk to bus stop.
    Dear Guests,
    Please note, my studio apartment is designed for couples or singles only, restricted no kids.
    The studio has a large comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and pillow cases provided. There is a large mirrored built in wardrobe, with hangers and shelves spaces, steam iron and iron board provided.
    A fully functional kitchen with stove,cutleries, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and microwave, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cereals with some fruits provided.
    In the bathroom is a shower, bathtub and toilet with complimentary toilet papers, towels, soaps and shampoo.
    The studio has it’s own front patio with outdoor seating for smoke and fresh air.
    There is outdoor laundry with 2 big washing machines with laundry detergents provided.

    Allocated car parkings on the premises available for all guests.

    Wifi pw provided on arrival.

After rectifying a double booking, our host showed us to our studio apt. Clean and well appointed, we were comfortable.Surrounded by quiet, grassy and mature trees on 5 acres. If you want no traffic close to shops this is for you. Bird life good.

Was a dated little unit but clean and tidy, cosy and relaxing. Sia was a gem leaving milk and breakfast cereal, tea coffee and hot choclate for us. Kitchen was easy and had what you needed, shops close. Kangaroos in paddock in evening and even saw a fox. Would stay again.

Relaxing Setting

This is a wonderful, farm setting on a dead end street, very peaceful. Close access to the Blue Mountains, by car. We took the train to Sidney. An hour by train. From this location you can walk to Aldi and restaurants. Loved the private porch. We saw birds and kangaroos from the porch..

Excellent stay

Sia was very kind and helpful. I needed a place to stay for my uni work placement at Penrith Ambulance station and Sia’s place was perfect - close to the ambulance station, quiet (good for shift workers) clean and private. Highly recommend.

They greeted me very kindly and even gave me some bread. It's a little far from the station, but the room was very clean and I had a great time. People who like walking should definitely visit here!! チェックインの仕方が分からなかったけど、ついたら夫婦が待っていました。駅からは少し遠いけど、部屋は綺麗だし浴槽もあるしパンはくれるしで最高でした！洗濯もできました^_^

Perfect couples retreat

Sia is so easy to work with and talk to. The property is clean and quiet with all the amenities you could want for a couple. Close enough to town to get what you need and do what you want but it’s nestled in its own little secluded nook and you can have a coffee on the front porch and watch the wildlife and not even realize the city is a block away. Highly recommend the property and the owner! Thanks so much Sia for making us feel welcome!

Spacious unit and a quiet location

Thank you for a relaxing break at your place! This unit is located half way between the Blue Mountains and the City, which suited our needs. The train station is easily accessible by car and has ample parking. If you can overlook some cosmetic and minor functional flaws, this is good value for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Sydney. I would visit again for a short stay where self-catering and room space are advantages. Love the verandah!
