Living & Entertaining
The front living room retains its Victorian character with original fireplace and period details, flowing through to a second living space that connects to the kitchen and courtyard beyond. Natural light streams through tall windows throughout the day, illuminating the polished timber floors and white walls. The rear opens directly to the private courtyard, where bamboo screening and lush planting create a secluded garden retreat perfect for outdoor meals and relaxed gatherings.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, opening to the dining area and courtyard where meals flow naturally between indoor and outdoor spaces. White cabinetry and marble surfaces provide clean work areas, while modern appliances including gas oven, dishwasher, microwave and full size refrigerator cover all cooking needs. The dining space frames views of the bamboo lined courtyard, creating a serene backdrop for meals. Step outside to the BBQ area surrounded by tropical planting for alfresco entertaining.

Sleep
Three bedrooms occupy the upper level, each with ceiling fans and blinds for comfortable rest. The main bedroom features a queen bed with built-in storage opening to a juliet balcony, while the second and third bedrooms each offer double beds in bright, peaceful spaces. Period details including high ceilings and timber floors run throughout. The elevated position ensures quiet nights in this leafy street, the second bedroom also leads to a private balcony, perfect for reading in the afternoon sun.

The full bathroom upstairs serves the bedrooms with bath, shower, toilet and vanity. Downstairs, a separate toilet adds convenience for guests and daily living. A washing machine and dryer are discreetly located on the first level to handle laundry throughout your stay.
