    This Hamptons style Beach House "The Pines" is a unique and tranquil gateway beachfront residence with panoramic views over Patonga Beach and surrounded by National Parks. The amazing beauty of Patonga Beach, Patonga Creek, Brisbane Water National Park is truly spectacular.

    15 minutes ferry ride from Palm Beach Northern Beaches. 2 minutes walk from the ferry terminal.

    The home instantly fills you with warmth and comfort the moment you step through the front door where you are greeted with a bright, clean and crisp ambiance. The premier grade oak flooring seamlessly guides you through the free-flowing layout past the two generously sized bedrooms all with built-in robes, comfortable beds, luxuriously soft linen and a fireplace.

    The kitchen with premium appliances such as a coffee machine, premium cooktop, electric oven, fridge and a microwave. A combined living and dining room with cosy gas fire place, leading out onto the outdoor area right next to the beach where you can enjoy this spectacular breach front view with your family/friends while enjoying an outdoor BBQ, lovely timber hot tub and sauna which is exclusively for guests.

The house was fabulous. Facilities were clean and well functioning, the kitchen was pristine, beds gorgeous and comfortable. We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my husband's birthday. We would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Everything was great and exactly as described. The view was truly stunning, and we really enjoyed using the sauna and hot tub ، they were amazing and very relaxing.Carol was an excellent host; she was very patient and kindly answered all of our questions with care. We really appreciated her support throughout our stay.Highly recommended and we would be happy to come back again.

The photos and listing for this place honestly undersells just how beautiful and amazing this place is. We were so impressed by the house and how practical and well thought out everything was. Genuinely one of my favourite places I’ve stayed. Also the host was super friendly and easy to communicate with.

Host Carol was absolutely amazing with her fast replies and that is one of the main reasons I was comfortable booking this beautiful house. Literally right on the water and the restaurant is right across the road. House is immaculate with beautiful amenities and just so relaxing. Will definitely be back .

Spectacular Patonga beach house!

Our new favorite beach house! Perfection with the beach front access, amazing jacuzzi and sauna, beautiful Hampton interiors and waking up to the sounds of the ocean. Check in was super easy, and the Tesla charger was an added bonus! We will be back :)

Magical beachside getaway

We had the most wonderful time at Carol’s place - it was extremely well equipped and had everything our family needed. The finishings were divine and the location across the beach was unbeatable. Carol was a delight to deal with. We hope to be back very soon!
