「The front desk is very helpful and very friendly. I’m the most bothering customer, checking in late at night(10:30pm), we need extra blankets, they sent it to the room within 5 minutes. Then, we found out the hair blow dryer is missing from the room after shower, called at late night, the hair blow dryer was sent in 3 minutes. It’s another level of services. 」
「reception was always confused. receptionists were not friendly. breakfast was super poor (no food). parking slots were shortage. however, the room was good. it was comfortable and clean.」
「I stayed in the b & b 5 years ago. Really love it. Owner Pat is such a caring lady. She counts guests as Personal friends. Bonus sweet snacks inside the rooms, so sweet after a long day. Pat cooked breakfast for us in person. You feel this b& b home. The room has all the premium subscriptions- Netflix, hbomax, Disney etc. 」

the breakfast is provided from 7:00am, and though it should be started a little earlier. there are two bottles of water prepared in the room, 1 dollar for 1 bottle. it would be perfect if the water was a complimentary service."
