"Lovely studio room with pullout couch and full kitchen and desk. The room was well equipped and tastefully decorated. We spent the weekend there for U-Mich graduation and were able to host our daughter and her partner to join us for a takeout meal in our studio. Staff were available and helpful. The dining area and lobby was decorated ti celebrate graduation weekend. I would definitely recommend the hotel as well for its easy access to multiple food shops, cafes and shopping options."

"I liked the restaurant and the bed in our room was very comfy. The cafe even had a gluten free muffin for breakfast! Staff was helpful and friendly. I disliked that the bathroom needed updating. The bathroom had Barn doors and the shower was very old . Shower water was very warm, though."

"I did not realize three was an adjoining property. We had 8 of our grandkids and it was hard to keep them clean and keep dirt out of the unit since the yard was mostly dirt and with little grass. The communication with the host was excellent. The covered outdoor space was a nice amenity and afforded us to spend some quality time together. The kids loved the basement Theater. Very convenient to the Detroit Airport and 45 minutes to Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield village. The house is in a very nice and safe neighborhood."

"Such a great condo! Lots of space and immaculate. Host thought of all the little things (clothing rack in laundry area for hanging damp clothes, even dryer balls! Coffee pods and creamer, cutting boards and sharp knives) Perfect location to south campus near athletic facilities and the Big House! I would definitely recommend paying to park in the garage, street parking is very limited. Also, LOTS of steps, so keep that in mind. Host was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"This property is outstanding! It recently went through a renovation and it is wonderful. The home is so pretty and well outfitted for guests. I rented this property for graduation weekend for UM and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The owner thought of everything. The property is a 10 min walk to the Big House & Crisler Center which is where we needed to go for graduation ceremonies. The property not only has good common space inside, but it also has a spacious yard with a picnic table. Street parking was easy as well. The host was extremely responsive leading up to the rental too."

"The property was great. We had an 8-person work team and this worked well for dividing up between the two properties. Kitchen facilities were good and the property was clean and well appointed. Perhaps an entrance rug on the side door since people walked behind the home to get from one property's door to the other property's door. Perhaps firmer pillows. Parking worked well for 8 cars. "
