"The property is very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. Breakfast was a tragedy for me. Everything from convenience foods and preservatives"

"The room was very clean and in good shape. The breakfast is iffy. This is our second time here and this time they gave us a room right next to the pool where kids were screaming until 10:00 every night. I wouldn’t stay again if I had to have a room next to the pool. "

"Room was clean, the only issue we really had was we wanted sheets for the pull-out so our 2 yr old to sleep on. Went down to the front desk worker had her AirPods in talking on her cell phone. I asked for sheets she said “no prob I’ll bring them to your room” asked for the room I told her and went back up to my room. They never came, our little one fell asleep in mom/dad’s bed so I didn’t bother going back again. Wish the receptionist would’ve been more focused on her guest. "

"Room was cleanish. Found stuff under the beds though. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No hot tub, looks like it was tiled over, and that was the whole reason we booked there. Pool also looked a bit sketchy. Plenty of parking close to the entrance. "

"Good location but poorly managed. Housekeeping is nearly non-existent. I had to ask multiple staff at the front desk several times to have housekeeping clean after no service for days, then maybe two days out of six, despite a promise of daily housekeeping. Of the two days when service was provided, one was adequate and one was poor. "

"Staff was wonderful and breakfast offerings are great but that’s where it stops. This property needs a serious facelift. The carpet is bunching up on the first floor, lampshades were stained and dirty. Shower in the bathroom had mildew buildup and the faucet constantly dripped. No hot tub and the pool was chilly. "
