"Very nice to supply a plenty of hot bath water quickly"

"大聖堂のすぐ近くなので、観光には便利です。部屋に冷蔵庫がなかったり、お湯が沸かせるポットがなかったり、不満な点はありますが、シャワーが手持ちなのは良かったです。ホテルの内部も歴史地区という感じで楽しめました"

"駅やバスターミナルから近く、旧市街にも徒歩で行ける好立地。部屋も清掃が行き届いており、綺麗な状態だった。ボトルの水が半分の状態だったのは気になったが、レセプションに言うと直ぐに新しい水を提供してくれた。"

"We stayed for 3 nights on December 29th, 30th and 31st as a family of 4. We were told that dinner was included in the plan, but they suddenly said that they couldn't provide it. However, when we arrived on the day, we were given a voucher for a nearby restaurant of the same chain. The service at that restaurant is not so good, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of dishes and delicious food. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. You can see Riga's bus terminal and market from the room. It's a great location, 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, and supermarkets and malls are within walking distance. This is a recommended hotel in Riga."

"旧市街にも近く、ホテルを出てすぐに空港行きのバス停があるので、スーツケースがあっても移動に全く苦になりませんでした。多少古さは感じますが、部屋は清潔で広さも充分でした。フロントも親切でチェックアウト後も鍵付きのロッカールームで荷物を預かってくれました。朝食も大変美味しかったです。ラトビアに行く機会がまたあれば、また利用したいと思います。"

"There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water. However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly? I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days. I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping."
