Host promised to call me to see if the check in process was okay, which he didn’t do and ended up ignoring all messages and calls. I had to call support who also couldn’t reach him, leaving me with no option but to sleep on the floor and was forced to buy a towel from a shop. The room was cleaned for the second and final night after phoning support again who managed...
