Little Bee Woods

$75 cleaning fee!!!! $50 per dog pet fee, up to two dogs. 5% discount for a 3-6 day stay, 10% for a 6-29 day stay, 15% for a month or longer stay. The Cabin at Little Bee Woods was completed in December of 2022, and we are excited to welcome our guests to this modern, comfortable cottage and its grounds. The cabin has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, sleeping seven guests. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with a twin, and the secondary bedroom has a queen and a twin. The living room has a convertible, yet comfortable, sofa to accommodate additional guests. The great room has an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, a large dining table, and a living room with a flat-screen TV. The entryway to the cottage is a two-hundred-square-foot timber frame screened-in porch with a table perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail while watching the sunset over Watch Knob. We are the ideal spot for a romantic getaway, family vacation, couples vacation, or micro-events. Black Mountain is fifteen minutes door-to-door, and Asheville is twenty-five minutes. Come on up and relax in the Swannanoa Valley.

The house was absolutely beautiful, with a great Mountain View. The hosts were always checking in making sure we had everything we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Little Bee Woods.

Everything was carefully thought out by the wonderful owners of this property. Just bring your clothes and food. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked with soaps, spices and detergent. The home has all of the modern amenities in a glorious peaceful setting. It’s really difficult to leave the wonderful screened in porch and the unimpeded views. Not a structure in sight! Our family really enjoyed the deck and smokeless fire pit. There’s a great hot tub that we ran out of time to use…hopefully next time. The location is great for accessing all of the desirable locales in the area while still being one of the most serene homes we have ever visited. Book it! You won’t be disappointed. Five stars for sure!

We had such a wonderful 3 week stay. The house is beautiful, clean, bright and comfortable. It is stocked with all the essentials, including kitchen cooking essentials, which is so nice. The screen porch is a wonderful spot to sit and relax, day or night, all you hear are the crickets and birds. The outdoor patio is a great place to relax with the fire pit. And of course the hot tub is great to unwind after a day of hiking. We really enjoyed the town of Black Mountain nearby, many cute shops and restaurants.The property is clearly loved and well taken care of by its owners (which unfortunately can't be said for all vacation rentals!). Charles and Virginia were a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend Little Bee Woods to friends, family and anyone who wants a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Book The Stay!

We just got home from a four night stay and already can’t wait to go back! Sipping coffee on the screened in porch, looking at the stars while in the hot tub, and enjoying all the local spots was the perfect way to relax and reconnect. I also booked a massage with the massage therapist the owner suggested and she came to the house and set up the table on the porch. 10/10 experience all around!

Little Bee Woods!

Little Bee Woods was a perfect couple’s get away. The house was so lovely and spacious, we wished we invited more friends to enjoy! The home had everything you needed and more- from espresso machine to hot tub and everything in between. The view was amazing and we were so happy that it was dog friendly. Anniversary Weekend

A perfect paradise tucked away in the NC mountains. It was spacious, clean and most importantly well stocked with most of the everyday kitchen items. The owner checked up on us several times and made sure all our needs were met. We maintained our privacy throughout the stay. We had a wonderful time and look forward to visiting again.

Minimoon at little bee

We had an excellent stay a very new home on the mountain. Kitchen was great to use, grilling outside was very nice, and the hottub with the stars tied it all together! Highly recommend for couples or a family, there was more than enough room for groups!

Quiet, secluded getaway

This property is one of the better ones we've rented for family vacations and it's exactly as advertised. If you're looking for a quiet place to wind down and watch the sunset through the trees from a cozy screened-in porch after exploring the greater Asheville area, then this is for you. The house has everything you need for a comfy stay, including a relaxing hot tub.

Birthday trip

Our stay at Little Bee Woods was awesome! I like to cook when I go on getaways and this rental has more than what you need to cook any dish. The place was clean upon arrival and the host was very personable. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the mountains.

This property is great! The cabin is completely modern and updated. It was very clean and well maintained. We loved the Sono speakers! Charles, the owner, communicated very well with us. I hope we can stay again soon!

Girl’s Weekend

We had such a wonderful time! Charles communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to ensure that we were well taken care of. Family Vacation

We had an amazing week at Little Bee Woods. We spent the days hiking and exploring the beautiful mountains and nights relaxing on the screened in porch, resting in the hot tub and playing games with our kids. The kitchen was spectacular to cook in with out having to go out for dinner. The hosts were great and responded quickly with any questions.

PA School Friend Getaway

My friends and I stayed here during our holiday break from PA school & absolutely LOVED our experience. Little Bee Woods is the perfect place for privacy & relaxation. We even got to see a few black bears off of the front porch one morning. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked & they even had some games for us to play while we were there. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Asheville for a getaway.

Peaceful secluded little spot in the mountains

We absolutely loved our stay here. Charles was wonderful and easy going to work with. The surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for, the cabin clean, cute, yet spacious. I don't think there is anything he forgot to supply the kitchen with. We spent several mornings and evenings out on the porch enjoying the view and nature watching. We highly recommend!
