「We enjoyed our time at this very nice place and good location. Our one issue was getting access to the room when we arrived. We tried for 2 hours to connect with Ben as per the check in instructions but could not reach him, nor leave a phone message. We even tried to text message him, but no response. Not sure if he didn’t realize his place was booked or if it is growing pains with vrbo. If this access issue gets improved significantly this will be a great place.」
