Villa Dija is located in a small village between the small towns of Svetvinenat and Vodnjan. It can accommodate up to 6 + 2 people. The property offers a pleasant holiday with family or friends in a peaceful landscape. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The outdoor area includes a fully fenced garden with children's playground and pool, where you can relax and enjoy the Istrian sun in complete privacy. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining area with a charcoal barbecue. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy a glass of good Istrian wine.

You are welcome to use seasonal organic fruit and vegetables from the small garden for guests.

Villa Dija is air-conditioned and has wireless internet access and private parking for 4 cars. For the entertainment of your family or friends you can play table football and badminton. The village of Jurii is located in the southern part of central Istria in the municipality of Svetvinenat. Faana is a small coastal town with a harbour from which you can take a boat trip to one of Croatia's most beautiful national parks, Brijuni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with numerous water sports and leisure facilities. Svetvinenat is a charming, quiet place in central Istria. The village is built around some beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and castles. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés, and Vodnjan has recently become one of the most important cultural centres in Istria with events taking place every weekend. Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and luxurious holiday resorts in Istria with a beautiful old town, is a pearl of architecture with its 1700 years of history. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets with small galleries, restaurants and cafés are a destination for tourists from all over the world.
