Also WiFi connection was not that good The accomodation had everything we needed. Not that big, but that was good. Bibinje has some bars and restaurants but not that much. It's quiet. When there are guest in the upper apartments it's noisy. There was a little bit of dirt under the sofa. Parking lot in the neigbourhood was always free."

"Checking in was difficult as the owner couldn't speak any English. Using Google translate to get by. The room was very basic, a sink, fridge, stove top and extractor fan, kettle. Big bed, the mattress was 2 singles and a little too soft for our liking. Bathroom was ok, but yet again dated. Shower cubicle was small and you had to hold the shower with your hand as it didn't fit anywhere, Very nice old wooden floor and Aircon unit. "Air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Room never got below 24 Celsius. It’s simple, has some basic pots, pans, etc., but we didn’t use the cooking top. Nice little patio area. Location is solid - it was quiet, very close to the bus station, grocery store (with self-service laundromat inside), only about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and maybe 20 to Old Town. Not a ton of restaurant options in the immediate area, other than a McDonald’s."

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "A relatively new and well-maintained hotel in Zadar, with the Old Town just a short boat-taxi ride away. The facilities were all in excellent condition, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the terrace at the front of the hotel was a lovely spot to relax with a drink while enjoying the sea views."

"The hotel was wonderful! But I need to start with the neighborhood because that’s how our stay started. The immediate neighborhood looked sketchy, especially because we pulled up on the side but we learned from the locals that it is very safe and we became very comfortable the longer we stayed. The hotel was amazing. Breakfast was huge and they immediately offered to reserve a large table setting for our large group. We also ate at the hotel for dinner and an appetizer lunch and were very pleased. The staff was quick to help us. The place was super clean and comfortable and the suites are designed for both comfort and practicality. It’s a mile walk to restaurants and the old town. We varied in age from 13-75 so a few less mobile individuals used uber or Bolt which was easy. Old town was lovely. I would have stayed longer for a hotel massage!"

"Very central location and entirely relaxing stay (very much needed given August heat and heavy Zadar tourist traffic). Room was very spacious, calming, bed very comfortable, bathroom generously sized and everything worked. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was very generous. A bit or a luxury/pricey, but would seek to stay again."

"We stayed for 2 nights at this excellent small hotel. The staff were very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The dining was great, both at the included breakfast and also in the hotel's Kastel restaurant. Our room on the 3rd floor was large, comfortable and well air-conditioned. The main attractions of the Old Town of Zadar (Sea Organ, Roman Forum, St. Anastasia Cathedral, a range of good restaurants, etc.) are all within an easy walk. I see someone else posted complaint about noise from a bar across the street. Yes, you could hear it if your room faced the street and harbour as ours did; but it stopped both nights by 11pm, so was not really a problem for sleeping."
