The villa covers an area of 350 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor is reserved for socializing and relaxing, while the bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The villa is divided into 2 separate units, each with its own living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms. This vacation home is designed to accommodate up to 12 people, and the 2 separate units make it ideal for 2 families.
