Small villa for couple or family of four. Situated in Sv. Filip i Jakov - 25km south from Zadar. Situated in peacefull olive oil garden, 20m far from beach. Nice sea view - you can enjoy from sundeck situated in front of the villa.

it is a very modern and nice house in a olive-garden, 100m to the sea. the house is perfect for a family stay and has enough space for 4 persons. bathroom with spacious shower. kitchen with all necessary equipment. trampoline in the garden.
