"Wir waren zu zweit mit 2 Hunden in diesem sehr schönem Haus . Es ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt, Geschirrspüler Waschmaschine , Bügeleisen, Klimaanlage und natürlich der große Pool. Es sollten ein paar Reparaturen gemacht werden und vielleicht etwas genauer die Funktionalität im Auge behalten werden. Aber wir sind nicht kleinlich und konnten problemlos über ein paar lockere Fliesen hinwegsehen. Der Pool entschädigt für alles!"

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet und von sehr hoher Sauberkeit und Qualität geprägt. Es gibt für uns an dieser Anlage nichts auszusetzen. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The villa is in a quiet area, but it's only a 20-minute drive to some beautiful beaches. "We enjoyed the space and privacy of this lovely and comfortable villa. Most impressed we were with the care that Barbara and her brother took to welcome us and to promptly help out with some minor issues. The surroundings of the villa are very quiet and peaceful. The pool, veranda and gazebo are great. With the car it is about 15 min to Labin and 25 to the beaches of Rabac."

"Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Alles war sauber und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Besitzer wohnen mit im Haus und freuen sich immer über einen kleinen Plausch. Besonders zu betonen ist der tolle Pool. Er ist wirklich gross genug zum Bahnen schwimmen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Toll für Hundespaziergänge. Aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Ansonsten ist alles in der Nähe erreichbar. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. "

"We had a very nice experience! The housewas clean, huge and surrounded by nature. There is everything you need in the Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. In the nearby shop you can buy groceries and there is also a very good restaurant in 300m Distance only. For children is a playground around the corner."

"Wie wurden sehr herzlich von dem Vermieterehepaar empfangen. Das alte Haus von 1903 wurde sehr liebevoll und aufwendig renoviert. Wenn man hereinkommt in den Flur befindet sich dort ein Glassboden der einen Blick auf den historischen Keller zulässt. Überall befinden sich liebevolle Details, und es wurde gekonnt Altes mit Neuem kombiniert. "Really lovely stay. Accommodation comfortable . View from balcony is fab, short walk to shop and restaurant. Games room is fantastic and a well stocked second kitchen was a great surprise. There is only air con in the attic room and living room but we were lucky and it wasn’t too hot. Pool very refreshing! Thank you "

"The house was beautiful. It had everything you need. The pool was beautiful and so warm! No issues with the property at all. The issues we experienced were regarding communication. The property manager was fairly slow to respond to our messages and when the information that was shared about arriving we were told that an additional 300 deposit had to be made available to the owner in cash. This information would’ve been helpful beforehand. The owners were lovely and responded to us immediately if we had any questions. The area itself was nice, but the property was not as rural as previously described. It lay amongst some properties that were in development and the surrounding scenery was not as picturesque as one would have hoped. Overall, an excellent property with lovely owners but relatively poor communication from the property manager."
