Additionally, during the summer months, the old town of Labin, merely 4km away, transforms into a hub for art and cultural events.This stunning air-conditioned villa features 3 bedrooms and boasts a modern architectural style crafted to high standards. The villa's accommodation includes two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each complemented an en-suite bathroom.
