Depending on the weather, you can start the day with breakfast on your terrace, either in the open air or in a sheltered area. Fire up the barbecue and reflect on your experiences over a glass of wine.



Cycle along the coastal paths with a view of the Great Belt, visit the impressive Valdemars Slot Castle with its museums and historic park or go kayaking through the Svendborg Sound. In the nearby town of Svendborg, charming cafés, small boutiques and the lively harbour invite you to linger. You can also explore the neighbouring island of Ærø, a ferry ride away, with its picturesque villages and colourful beach houses.
