All the furniture had stains on it, the bedding wasn't provided and we had to wait until sheets andctowels were done drying late in the evening. I also shared pictures with your agent. TALL-step stairs from parking to the house.Be sure to get key box instructions ahead of time, especially if your phone is from out of country. "Perfect stay. Very friendly staff, helpful with recommendations of things to do. Hotel very clean, modern and comfortable. Could not fault anything. Amazing views over river and town centre. Included buffet breakfast was amazing, best we've seen, for quality and quantity. Salmon & herring, to bacon eggs, to cold meats and cheeses of all descriptions. Huge varieties of teas and coffees, freshly squeezed juices, yogurts and danish pastries. Finally it's centrally located, next to train station close to new bridge to cross river. No noise at all heard from trains, perfect sound insulation. "
