Lots of restaurants, cafes, and convience stores in the area. Bed isnt very comfortable but for one night, more than doable.

Stayed for 8 nights. Location and cleanliness of the property is good Property was once officetel and few units are converted to mix use for long and short term stay. No official check in desk. Good luck looking for it. No proper signage to direct hotel parking. Maintenances: Entry motion sensor to the room is out Desk lamp was out. ( replaced upon reporting) Two small hand towels in the room ( requested larger or more towel. Some towels we receive were worn thin or stained. No large bath towel) Seen couple dead bugs or roaches in the hallways of the elevator. Housekeeper knocked on door at 10AM on the day of check out though I had DND sign up and check out time is due yet. Annoying. Didnt even apologized. Biggest issue and must now days…. Wifi!!!! It was horrible. Ended up using my own data. Reported issue and replaced wifi router. Problem remained. Never experienced wifi that kicks you out every few mins and randomly so. Was very annoying and unpleasant. Made things very unproductive.

1박 출장 레지던스 사용.

시설은 꺠끗하고 좋음, 다만 주변 식당등 사용자 소음이 들려서 불편하며, 대중교통 이용시 불편하며, 오피스텔을 개조한 구조라서, 사무실 찾기도 조금 어려움, 장기 숙박자는 숙식을 해결할수있는 시설이라서 좋을것 같음.

응대는 친절하셨는데 방에서 체육시간뒤 남학생들 교실에서 나는 냄새가 나서 첫인상부터 나빴어요 이불엔 세탁이 안된건지 안한건지 누런 얼룩들이 눈에 띄고... 책상 옆쪽에는 먼지가 뽀얗게... 샤워용품은 통에 들어있습니다 오피스텔을 임대로 운영하는듯 합니다. 주차장 넓고 식당가가 주변에 엄청 많고 편의점도 많은건 장점이였습니다.

깨끗하고 편안해요

룸이 청결하고 이불도 오리털이라 포근해서 좋았어요. 방이 좀작긴하지만 주방이랑 세탁기랑 간단한 2인 식기들 있어서 불편함이 없었어요. 다만 아쉬운건 주방이 있는 룸인데도 탁자의자가 없어서 뭐 먹을땐 그냥방바닥에서 먹을수밖에 없었어요.책상보다는 테이블의자가 있음더 좋겠네요.가격대비 강추!
