    The spacious primary suite is located on the main floor and offers a luxurious retreat complete with a large walk-in closet and a spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a vanity, a walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and a steam shower.

    This level also includes a private office, a half bathroom, and a second bedroom with an attached full bathroom.

    *Upper Level (Loft)*
    The loft area offers a comfortable seating space with a TV, fridge, and a few pieces of gym equipment (treadmill and mats, Bowflex, and weights), making it perfect for light workouts or relaxation. This level also features a spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom (walk-in shower) plus added entertainment with a foosball table and an air hockey table—great for guests of all ages!

    A shared beach access point is located approximately 1,400 feet from the home. Guests can easily reach the beach using the provided golf cart, just a quick 4-minute ride along a scenic path and across M-22. At the beach, guests have access to a shared dock with 2 kayaks available for use—ideal for enjoying West Bay’s beautiful waters.

    - Mid-Stay Clean: Please be aware a mid-stay cleaning is required every 14 days to maintain the quality and condition of the home. The mid-stay cleaning fee is the same amount as the standard cleaning fee charged at booking. Our team will coordinate a convenient time for this service with you during your stay!

    - Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check-in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $3000 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.

    - Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.

    Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

    Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

    Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

    Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

    Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

    Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

    Pets: This property does not allow pets.

    Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

    We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
