"Staff great, downstairs areas (bar, restaurant, food, etc) great. Bedrooms were really grim - horrible smell (stale cigarette smoke) and can't open any windows in the bedrooms. Would never book again for that reason which is such a shame as the staff are great"

"Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. "Hi all. I have booked this property last week for 4 nights, first night we got there the boiler was broken so no hot shower or heating available, i contact the prim stays straight away to solve the issue and they promise that would be sorted. Nothing got done by the hosts so we end up without shower and heating for the entire stay they are a disgraceful housing management business no refund no help no respect for their customers..
Disgusting the way we have been treat by them.

"We stayed here for a break as we have 3 children at home. We hadnt been away for 3 years so had high expectations. It didnt disappoint. We had a lovely time. The staff were so friendly, the food was the best we have tasted in a long time and the room was so clean and spacious. The restaurant had a really buzzing atmosphere too. Would recommend to anyone "
