「Really enjoyed the property 」

「Perfect location near downtown Placerville and not far from the start of the Apple Hill region. Everything was outstanding! Owners were very nice and Sandra, the Owner’s sister checked on us to ensure our stay was going well. It’s a nice, quiet, quaint cottage and met our needs very well. We enjoyed the private deck next to the fountain and pond with some wine one evening. Highly recommend! 」

「We’re from Los Angeles and didn’t know much about Placerville before our visit, but we were pleasantly surprised. There were plenty of activities nearby, and we enjoyed every single one. The house was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly. It was also conveniently close to downtown and local attractions.The only thing the house needs is a better WiFi. It’s super slow during our stay.」

「We stayed here for the weekend. The home is beautifully kept with everything you need clearly marked and easy to find. Very clean with all of the amenities you will need. My one and only complaint would be the steep slope of the driveway which made parking challenging. Everything else was perfect.」
