This property is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. You'll enter through your private entrance via the front door, and the entire space will be yours for a comfortable stay.
Air Conditioning: Please know that only the master bedroom on the 2nd floor has AC.
🏊 Pool Use: The pool is not heated, and the deepest part is 8 ft. Please note there is no rail or cover, so extra caution is required, especially with children and non-swimmers.
Parking: We offer free, ample parking in the driveway, and there is also space for an RV in the backyard.
Gardening is scheduled every Thursday morning, and pool maintenance takes place every Friday morning. These visits are routine and help us keep the property in top condition for your stay.
Garbage collection is every Monday. If your reservation covers Sunday night, please push the bins out on Sunday night to the side of the street where the house number sign is located. In the spirit of a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for all, we have established the following house rules with your well-being and the comfort of fellow guests and neighbors in mind:
Identification Requirement: For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking.
Check-in and Check-out Hours: Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1-2 days' notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking: We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.
Shoes Off, Please: We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.
Toilet Use: We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent any plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count: To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.
Recycling: We encourage guests to consider recycling during their stay to reduce our environmental footprint. Your participation in recycling is greatly appreciated and contributes to a more sustainable and eco-friendly experience for everyone.
Garbage: We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result up to a $300 fee for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.
Respecting Quiet Hours: We highly value your comfort and the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours, observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, ensure a serene experience for all guests and neighbors. Your understanding and cooperation in respecting these hours contribute to a harmonious stay for everyone.
A Smoke-Free Environment: To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking policy indoors. We impose a fine of $1000.00 to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal, ensuring the comfort of all guests.
Cancellation Policy: Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once your reservation is confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept the terms of the cancellation policy. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend considering the purchase of travel insurance to safeguard against potential losses resulting from unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care: We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. Our dedicated team follows a checklist to ensure everything is in order for our guests. If, during your stay, any items are accidentally damaged or broken, please promptly inform us so that we can arrange for necessary repairs in consideration of our future guests.
