"Very attractive room with a large comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. There were a couple of faults which were addressed quickly. Some adjustments could be made - more storage, height of coat hooks and storage ib bathroom. Overall a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"Het huis is sfeervol ingericht, er zijn warme kleuren gebruikt. Leuke meubels en dat gaf een gezellig gevoel. Uitzicht op de molen van het dorp waar een hotel/restaurant met terras, en een kleine buurtsuper zijn gevestigd. Er is een klein haventje. Een bezoek aan het Ruurd Wiersma museum is een aanrader. Mooi gebied om te fietsen"

"Ein sehr schöner und besonderer Ort. Wer die Einsamkeit mag und aushält, ist hier genau richtig. Eine gepflegte Wasservilla , schön eingerichtet ud mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Auch , wenn es einsam ist, kann man von hier aus mit dem Boot die Landschaft erkunden und geniessen. Leeuwarden und Sneek sind nicht weit. Mit dem Boot allerdings doch schon Tagesausflüge. Wir waren jetzt bereits 2x dort und kommen sicherlich gerne wieder."

"Nachdem die Bilder auf der Seite vielversprechend aussahen, war die Enttäuschung als wir ankamen umso größer. Ein ziemlich ungepeflegtes Haus von Außen wie von innen. Die Anscheinende Karte für Bus und Bahn wo anscheinend beim Schlüssel ist, war nicht vorhanden! Wir konnten erstmal das ganze Geschirr sauber machen, und die Pfannen waren so benutzt das sie unbrauchbar waren. Wir freuten uns auf den Grill der hier so schön als bbq Grill der angegeben war. "At first, we were taken aback at the un-staffed hospitality concept but we got used to this after we checked in and found it an innovative option. There is always someone present behind the counter during breakfast hours and there are cleaners as well. The hotel has a contemporary, modern feel to it. The seating areas on the ground floor give it a safe and comfortable ambiance, almost like coming home after a day of sightseeing. The staff were well organised and friendly, always helpful. If there was one thing I would suggest, it would be to keep the carpet around the bed area properly vacuumed. Our room faced the street and although it can be noisy when we opened our windows for fresh air, we could also shut the double windows to maintain quiet inside. The hotel is close enough to the center of town and far away enough to avoid any hustle and bustle. Eating places, ATMs, grocery stores are all within walking distance. The Post Grand hotel next door is its parent company so there is also the option of eating at the restaurants there. We thoroughly enjoyed our 14-day stay! "

"My first capsule/pod experience. Very clean, safe, and nice staff. Bathroom was updated, clean, modern, and was simply amazing and fancy for a hostel. Loved that ppl had left a decent selection of shower products for others to use, as well as books. It was low season, with just a few ppl in the room, but for some reason they placed us all side by side. I suggest you ask to be placed away from others to not hear them banging their knees and feet on a shared wall throughout the night - and bring ear plugs. The room was quiet but you could still hear every tiny sound anyone made. With that said, I would definitely return again. "
