「Staff member checking us in was borderline rude and we waited 5 hours to get our room while many others came and got room assignments despite us checking with her frequently. We finally asked a second person who got us right into a room. The lobby and restaurant/bar looked worn and dated. The bar manager was very nice and helpful」
