Sandy Beach is a four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath duplex located 0.3 miles south of Surfside Beach Pier and a short walk to the beach. This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Five flat-screen TVs (cable), DVD player, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one downstairs bedroom with a king-sized bed; one king and three queen-sized beds in the upstairs bedrooms. The outdoor living space includes a private 12-by-17-foot swimming pool, two covered balconies, patio, grill, and ample parking (some covered). No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 10

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
