It has an absolutely beautiful view! Size was perfect for 4 and the unit was clean and included plenty of fishes and cooking utensils. All instructions were clear and well posted. Hope to return again.

The condo was very nice; well appointed and clean.The price was attractive and this quiet unit served us well for our brief visit to the Surfside Beach area. As it was after the summer season, we did not take advantage of the pool or grilling area. It was really nice to have an elevator to access the 3rd floor where the condo was located. The property has provided luggage and grocery carts to aid in transporting luggage and supplies to the unit. I would rate this stay a “5” out of 5 possible ratings.

Great view of beach

Perfect location and size for our family of four! Great kitchen with adequate amenities. Our 10 year old granddaughter said the decor could use a little more charm and character . The twin mattress was not very comfortable for our adult daughter. But over all we enjoyed it so much and would rent it again!!

Great location!!

The condo was clean and modern. Our view from the balcony was gorgeous. We had a maintenance issue and it was fixed within an hour after I called. Neet did a great job!! Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

The room was just like the pictures and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need. The king bed was really comfortable. The third floor was a perfect view sitting on the balcony. We can't wait to go back!

Excellent Location, Quiet Beach

Wonderful condo, wonderful Location, wonderful Beach. Clean, updated and convenient. All the comforts of home plopped right at the edge of the Atlantic on a quiet stretch of beach less than 15 minutes from all the tourist areas of Myrtle Beach.

Surfwatch II

Check in - was never notified when room was ready. Swimming pool - was a hassle to have to wear wrist bands even though was never checked and everyone else were not wearing them. Loud obnoxious families in it all the time. Room - clean rooms, kid friendly, new flooring made it easy to clean sand up. Full kitchen with dishes. Washer and dryer worked good. Could here all sounds from room upstairs(kids running and jumping and heavy walkers) and balconies outside master bedroom. Complex - Loud and marijuana smell every night that could be smelled all over our unit. Notified rental company and was told there was nothing that could be done except we could pick up an air purifier for one room.

Vacation

Making the reservation and checking in was all good. We had a problem with the air conditioning the maintenence guy told us that the HOA didn't hook any thing back up when they put the units on platforms. They called a repair guy and they did get the unit working for us but they didn't want to refund any money back. If anything goes wrong with the unit, Itrip vacation rental always puts it on the owners or the HOA, they don't want to take any blame for anything. If you had a problem they always didn't get back within a reasonable time. The owner of the condo is VERY nice.

Nice quiet place to relax!

Nice well maintained property. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal. The ocean front bedroom gets a little warmer than i like but I was a penguin in a previous life! And it has an elevator! That's a big plus for someone with a bad back!

Worst place to stay

Arrived on Sunday. Check in was fine. On Monday morning we realized that our internet was not working. Called guest relations and they sent maintenance out. Ray was wonderful fixed the internet and then found out the the fan light in the living room was broken and their was a leak The kitchen ceiling he called some one to look at that. The next day around 8 two guys showed up and proceeded to cut a 6x5 inch hole in the ceiling found the leak and left. Ray was their putting up new fans for about 4 hours. That is the beginning of what is wrong. The carpet in bedrooms were filthy with a big black spot behind the master door. Mixed matched lightbulbs in the bathrooms The patio table was so bad it has to be covered to eat on or just play Cards. I have been staying in rented condos for years and never felt the need to give a review until now the condo needs to be taken off the market and redone. These are things that the cleaning people can’t possibly clean they did a good job with what they have to work with. Oh and the refrigerator stayed at around 41,42° just below I’m keeping our milk from spoiling. I sent this message to guest relations on Thursday to let them know and got a call back.

Great experience!

Our stay at Surfwatch II was wonderful!! The condo was very clean and inviting when we arrived. There is lots of room, with comfortable furniture and nice TVs. We prepared most of our meals in the condo, and it was easy to do since all the appliances, dishes, and utensils that we could possibly need were provided. The beds were comfortable so we slept great. We especially enjoyed that the bedrooms and bathrooms were separated from the rest of the living space by a little hallway. It made those areas quieter and more private. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the beach was awesome. This beach seemed very family oriented, and we felt safe at all times. The elevator was great and was essential for our family since we have some mobility issues. There was ample parking, and we had no trouble getting a parking space at any time. Also, since the parking is right next to the beach access, it was very handy to be able to keep the beach gear in the car instead of getting the condo sandy. Checking in and out was easy to do, and the iTrip office is not far from the condo. We loved our stay and hope to return.
