新しいベッドカバー、枕、余分な毛布などのベッドルームのステープルが用意されています。 シートとタオルは用意されていません。  キッチンには、フラットトップストーブを備えた新しい家電製品もあります。

巨大なプライベートデッキからビーチに直接アクセスできます。  コンドミニアムには、ミキサー付きのウェットバーもあります！ 各ベッドルームにはケーブルテレビとDVDプレーヤーがあり、リビングルームにはDVD / VCRがあります。 

土曜日から土曜日は夏季のみに賃貸し、オフシーズンには最低3泊を必要とします。  冬季は月々のレンタルを提供しています（通常10月から3月）。  毎月の賃貸料は100ドルです。電気のキャップ。  $ 100以上の使用は、保証金から差し引かれます。週ごとの料金には出発メイドサービスは含まれていません（月額レンタルの追加料金）。 予約から14日以内に200ドルのデポジットが必要です。 レンタル終了後14日以内に払い戻しされます。ただし、ユニットに損害がない場合に限ります。 ご到着から30日以内にご予約がキャンセルされた場合、すべてのお支払い金額は払い戻されます。

Amazing Condo!

My spouse and I really enjoyed this property. The location is conveniently close to Surfside Pier, yet the beach remained pleasantly uncrowded. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, which is more spacious than usual and furnished with comfortable seating, including high-top Adirondack chairs, offering an exceptional view of the ocean. It does get a lot of sun during the day, so we used an umbrella for additional shade.The balcony has a separate entrance leading to the back stairs and private walkway to the beach, preventing sand from being tracked into the living space. The condominium was immaculately clean, and the bathrooms appeared to have been recently renovated. The furniture and beds provided a high level of comfort, and there was an ample supply of dishware and towels. Each room is equipped with an additional fan and power strips.The owner thoughtfully accounted for all necessary provisions during our stay and responded promptly to any requests. Overall, we found it to be an excellent place for a week-long visit. It is important to note that there is no elevator, so guests should be prepared to use the stairs to access the third floor.

Perfection!

This property is our favorite VRBO ever! Not only is this property in a perfect location, but the spot on the beach is AMAZING! We loved the huge back deck that overlooks the ocean. Literally, you walk down a few flights of stairs and you are on the beach. Relaxing and quiet.

Loved it!!

We really loved staying here! Amazing porch overlooking ocean. Walking distance to pier/restaurants. Very clean and comfortable throughout. Everyone slept well both nights. We appreciated all the little details (extra box fans, blankets, power strips, etc.). Fully stocked with all the necessities and even some extras here and there. Would definitely stay again!!

Nice place but have a few comments

The condo is nice and clean. We encountered a problem on arrival. I was never sent a code to get in before we left. I sent a message to VRBO and was given a code that didn't work. I called another # for property manager and they called me. She gave me a code that also did not work. She called a handyman who came over and got us in. Once we got in my wife noticed laundry on the floor infront of the washer. There were no sheets on the bed or towels in the bathroom. The condo had not been cleaned. Again text property manager and she sent over house keeper. That was taken care of. The beds are comfortable but VERY high! Hard for us old folks to get in. The tubs had no railings . VERY difficult to get out of tub. The biggest problem was the unit was on top floor with NO elevator. 50 steps up to unit. If I had known this we would not have rented. We are in our late 70's. VERY HARD to get our suitcases up 50 stairs...would be a nice place for a young couple.
