"We are existing customers and have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Once again, our stay in the King Room Suite with spa was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented, and the spa bath was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere felt peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which is why we continue to return. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this property. Super clean and spacious with 6 adults, 1 six month old and a dog it was the perfect house. Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. Being our first time staying at Batemans Bay we loved the walk from Surfside into town everyday and Mandy gave us some recommendations on what to see/do. Can’t wait to stay again soon "
