  • Pier View has the best view of the pier on the beach! It's almost like being oceanfront with the unobstructed view across the street of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This cozy beach cottage is well maintained and comfortable, with an additional ocean side sunroom. Convenient mid-island location to stores, commercial area, and to the fishing pier. So grab your fishing poles and plan on a vacation week of fun in the sun at this great house. Other amenities included: enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, upstairs covered porch, lower level sun deck, porch rockers & chairs, 3 HDTVs, DVD player, and wireless internet. Beach access directly across the street at 467W. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Sleeps 9. BR#1- 1 Queen (UP) w/attached bath, BR#2- 1 Double, 1 Twin (UP) w/attached bath, BR#3- 1 Queen (DN), BR#4- 1 Double (DN). NO PETS.
