NEW to Proactive Vacations! “Oh Shell Yeah” is a peaceful island delight located on the quite west end of Holden Beach. Offering 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms this is sure to become your home away from home. NEW PRIVATE Pool to be installed for the 2023 season!!

The spacious open concept living room / kitchen / dining room is located on the second floor giving endless entertainment possibilities. The well-equipped kitchen will offer everything and more to make a tasty home cooked meal to enjoy with your loved ones while making the best memories. You will appreciate the large comfortable living room furnishings which will allow for the comfiest movie night imaginable. The large balconies have the most breathtaking views of the glistening Intracoastal Waterway. Who wouldn't want t to wake up with their morning beverage and have mesmerizing sunrise views.

Downstairs you will find all three bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Accommodating 8 guests you will surely find that this home can keep everyone comfortable! Bedroom #1, located on the 1st floor, street facing, offering 1 full bed, and 1 T/T bunk bed. Bedroom #2, located on the 1st floor, street facing, offering a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom #3, located on the 1st floor, street facing offering a queen bed. The second full bathroom is conveniently located beside bedrooms #1 & #3.


You will certainly feel at home in the coastal oasis!

This home is located at 112 Schooner Dr.

This pool is open year round. Pool heater may be available upon advance request only, with a pool heating fee of $400. Pool is cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 night rentals.

Breathtaking place !

This was my first time staying at a VRBO and I seen the pictures and said this is to good to be true. And it was better than that in person . The street has its own beach access to the board walk to the beach it is so close . And the beach was beautiful and quiet at the end before a gated area . Being OCD this place was spotless and it smells really good which with a keen sense of smell is important. It had everything we wanted and more . The pool was clean and deck was nice for laying in the sun.We did not use it was too cold . If you ask me you should stay at Shell Yeah for sure !! I would love to stay again to relax and get way!! Thank you having us!
