Nice house

The house and location was good. The cleaning of the house and kitchen inventory was not good. We had to clean all floors tables and pots and pans before we could use. Definitely not what we where expecting

Great family house

The house had plenty of room for our family of 6. We enjoyed the location, which is a very quiet street and is very close to the beach. We would definitely rent it again

Family beach vacation

The location of this property is perfect! It works for our family and it’s close to the beach. A couple things in the house could be better. The beds are very loud. Any movement makes an incredible noise. The living room fan doesn’t have a cord to turn it on. It would be great if those were repaired.

Box springs squeak every time you turn over or move in the bed.

Hi, the house was in a great location and the set up is perfect. The only problem is the mattresses, well actually the box springs. They make a squeaking noise every time you turn over or move in the bed. We tried to put a quilt between the mattress and box spring but that did not work. I really don't know how they can fix it but it is very loud and annoying.

Lovely and low key

Tradewinds at Holden Beach have our family a lovely vacation. The house was very nice, clean and just the space we needed. Access to the beach was great and the beach was beautiful. We did not want to do too much but if we wanted an activity getting across the bridge was easy. Overall a nice quiet neighborhood and relaxing week!

Great vacation

Overall we had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms recently upgraded and new laminate floors installed. It was a short walk to the beach. A few things could be improved. The window blinds had many broken slats and were very brittle. The bedding, mattresses and furniture could all use an upgrade. The beds were very noisy, one of the bed spreads had several iron burns marks and should be replaced. Overall these are minor maintenance items and would not prevent me from renting again.

Great Location to the Beach and a Lovely Home

The proximity to the beach was perfect. The kitchen was really well stocked and we loved the large front porch. Great outdoor shower. It was perfect for our family of five.

Family vacation at Holden Beach

This house was perfect for our family. The street is quiet and has a very short walk to the beach. The kitchen had every thing we needed and the rocking chairs on the front porch were great. Although the beds were comfortable the springs were very loud and you could hear them every time someone got in or out of bed. The bathroom rugs needed to be washed upon our arrival and there appeared to be a bowl of grease on the back porch. Overall it was a nice stay and we would rent this property again.

Perfect beach location!

The property is super close to the beach and made our stay! Loved sitting on the front porch and rocking in the rocking chairs and listening to the ocean. It was spacious enough for our group and the street was nice and quiet. We had to supply a lot of our own items such as hand soap, toilet paper, towels, etc. but other than that it was good.
