Rock your cares away on the two levels of oceanfront decking or relax by the private swimming pool for all-day fun in the sun.

You can also dine on the top floor oceanfront deck while the sun sets over the sparkling Atlantic Ocean! Natural light is abundant in the upstairs common space and high-end appliances and finishes elevate the experience as you enjoy all the home has to offer. The gorgeous décor mimics the blues and greys of the ocean and sets the tone for a relaxing stay. There is even a separate media room where you can enjoy movies, games, and even a sleepover on the queen sleeper sofa. This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.
