Breaker's Edge is the tranquil vacation home you need to unwind, relax, and enjoy Holden Beach. The fabulous amenities offered in this home begin with the exterior elevator with access to both living floors. Recline on a lounge chair beside the private, oceanfront heatable swimming pool with an amazing and comfortable pool area. Rejuvenate in a rocker on one of the three covered porches and rinse your cares away, along with the sand, in the outdoor shower. This Hobbs Smart Home offers spacious bedrooms. The main level has an open floor plan with a roomy living and dining area with coastal cottage-style furniture and stunning views from the expansive oceanfront windows.

Breaker's Edge boasts a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, featuring two full-size refrigerators. The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87 F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath and beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.
