New for 2024, Canal by the Sea. Newly renovated, nicely furnished and decorated canal home located on a private street, mid island 400 block perfect for bike rides and easy beach access. This home features 2 living areas equipped with large flat screen tv's, a game table with 60 digital games to choose from in the downstairs and smart streaming options from 5 rooms. This home is the perfect spot for small families vacationing together, offering 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths split equally between the ground floor and main floor living spaces, the main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for meal preparation and offers bar stool seating in addition to the dining area that offers seating for 6.
Be sure to bring your boat, kayak and fishing poles for a convenient and relaxing day on the water! This home also offers a great space to just sit back and take in the beauty of the canal from 2 great sitting areas while your fur baby has freedom to stretch his legs within the fenced backyard (please clean up after your pet). The upstairs deck offers a space for outdoor dining and a pergola, just below you will find the covered ground floor patio that offers additional seating, swing and grilling area (gas grill), a great place for kids at play with plenty of privacy and relaxation.
