「nice service」

「Good property to stay at very good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Only problem I faced while checking out that they could not find my payment which already made during booking the room on hotels.com.There must have some communication gap between hotel and hotel.com causing unnecessary delay in checking out.」

「We had an unpleasant stay experience. During the winter season, we faced issues with heating. When we requested the heater, they insisted on an additional charge of Rs 1000. Despite booking a stay with buffet breakfast, the hotel did not provide a buffet; instead, they offered a limited menu with options like puri sabji, paratha, or bread with tea. I do not recommend this hotel due to the rude and unresponsive behavior of the staff.」

「リゾートホテルにもかかわらず、眺望のないレストランと部屋しかない。一部の部屋は、崖しか見えず。 系列ホテルが複数あり、リンクを手繰るとほかの施設がでてきて、誤解を招く。値段の割に施設が遅ます。日本の平均的なビジネスホテル以下。町の中心からも徒歩圏だが遠い。」

「It is very close to shopping center and trail.The only downside are stairs..steep stairs.Person needs to be physically fit to stay in this hotel」

「ここの冬は避けてください。 ロケーションと建物はおしゃれですが、 暖房はありません。寒くてベットから出れません。 食事もベジタリアンですが、美味しくないです。 シャワーはお湯が安定しなくて、 気温5度の中、冷たい水が出ます。 インターネットはよく途切れます。 何度も停電しました。 最悪の経験です。 Avoid winter here. The location and building are stylish, but There is no heating. It's cold and I can't get out of bed. The food is vegetarian, but it's not tasty. The hot water in the shower was unstable, Cold water comes out even when the temperature is 5 degrees. The internet often drops out. There were many power outages. It's the worst...

「Rooms are clean and friendly staff」

「The staff are lovely and helpful and hotel is quite nice. Its location is also very central. The hotel room was quite cold, however, due to gaps between the windows and the window frame. The hotel offers heaters but these are reasonably pricey. I was able to manage in November but I suspect it would be miserable in December and January. Also the hot water supply was inadequate. It took 20-25 mins to heat up and I found that I had to turn up the heat every minute to keep it reasonably warm.」

「Great location, walkable to the Toy Train. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was able to organise taxis and sightseeing trips. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was very busy at breakfast but there was no shortage of food. Would stay again.」
