This modern apartment in situated in the centre of Kings Beach, and offers 2 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms. The unit is located on the 1st floor with minimal stairs. There are 2 balconies, both of which have a pleasant tropical outlook where you can unwind and relax in privacy.

The unit is located just a 2-minute walk to the patrolled beach plus a variety of boutique cafes and restaurants including the beachfront Met Caloundra Surf Club, and the popular Kings Beach Tavern. On the beach there is also a 25 metre tidal pool close by, children's playgrounds, parklands with free BBQs & interactive water fountains. The unit offers modern appliances throughout including a large HD TV, DVD, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, wall-mounted TV in master bedroom, and air-conditioning in both bedrooms. There are also security screens throughout. This unit also features an exclusive rooftop that boasts sweeping views of Kings Beach and the shipping lanes.

There is a single lock up garage, secure entry to the building, plus a lovely inground pool for cooling off after a long day at the beach.

Linen
Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
