  • This recently updated apartment is conveniently located on the 4th floor of a 4 star resort in the heart of Maroochydore and is a must for your next vacation.
    Stylishly furnished this apartment has an open plan feel coastal feel with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, combined lounge and dining room and a separate media room with a fold out sofa bed. Other creature comforts include ducted air conditioning, smart Tv's, WiFi, full size family kitchen and a washing machine and dryer.

    This unit is located near many of Maroochydore restaurants, bars and local shops and is just 8km from the Sunshine Coast Airport and a 90 minute drive North of Brisbane Airport. You are also walking distance to the local beaches, parks, playground and skate parks.

    Upon entering this apartment you will instantly have that relaxed holiday feel and you will never want to leave!

    IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE RESORT POOL
    We are excited to share that The Sebel Maroochydore will be undergoing a pool refurbishment from 18th November, with completion anticipated in May 2025. The refurbishment will include comprehensive upgrades to the main pool area, including tile replacement and improvements to surrounding amenities therefor during this period, our main pool area will be closed. Works will take place Monday – Friday from 07.00am to 04.00pm and there may be some construction noise during the day.

    Resort Facilities include - 25m podium level pool, undercover toddler pool (heated all year round), undercover whirlpool (heated), rooftop BBQ area & large spa pool (level 15), steam room and ample visitor car parking.

Disliked: Communication
Owners/Real Estate double booked the unit and we were told when we were 2 hours away when I alerted them, after driving almost 1800km. I had even double checked the booking 2 days beforehand. Had to stay in a unit with no Aircon, no pool, no parking or view and move on New Year’s Day to a different complex. No apology from owners who had extended their stay. Real estate at least found the temporary accomodation, but then had to argue extra charges which were added. Very distressing and disappointing!!!!
